From sun-dappled private courtyards to gourmet kitchens to winding walkways connecting you with nature and neighbors, The Retreat at Summit Park is one of Traditions Group’s most captivating new residential communities. Our challenge was to create a brand as extraordinary as the community itself.
We developed an aspirational brand and voice, presenting a life characterized by simplicity and casual sophistication. The logo draws on iconic Adirondack chairs, which anchor The Retreat’s many pocket parks, to symbolize comfort, ease and connection. The website, brochure, ads and sales center follow suit and are breezy and welcoming. The results? Just as refreshing – all Phase 1 lots sold out quickly, and Phase 2 sales are a year ahead of schedule.
