Ohio digital marketing services company expanding to West Coast
An Ohio-based digital marketing software provider is expanding its operations beyond the state's borders, and recently opened up an office in Seattle to accommodate its growing business.
Knotice decided to set up the new location so far from home because it wanted to better serve its clients on the West Coast.
"Not only does this continue to extend our national footprint, it also allows for future expansion," Brian Deagan, cofounder and CEO of Knotice, said in a statement. "With access to outstanding technology and marketing talent in the Seattle area, it eliminates any potential bottlenecks on future growth and innovation."
The expansion is not only in terms of square footage. Knotice also said it has added another 30 professional-level jobs to its teams, spanning a number of departments.
The company has been enjoying tremendous success lately. Earlier this month, the Beacon Journal reported that Knotice was one of the Ohio businesses to be named in the Weatherhead 100 list, which measures annual sales growth between 2006 and 2010. Knotice came in at No. 8 on the ranking, overseen by the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University and the Council of Smaller Enterprises.
