The Creative Department is currently seeking an energetic and detail oriented web Developer/Programmer to compliment our interactive team.

Requirements
- Req'd Education: 4 Year Degree or 2+ years professional experience
Technical Skills
- Proficient in developing web applications using ASP.NET (VB or C#).
- Proficient with JavaScript and XML to develop AJAX applications and services.
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server 2005 and developing user-defined functions. (Any other database technologies such as MySQL or Oracle is a plus.)
Additional Skills
- Must be able to demonstrate proficiency by providing a current sample of actual written code, preferably through an active site on the Internet.
- Ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks at the same time.
- Balance time between new projects and software maintenance.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Self-motivated and willing to solve problems both independently and as a part of a team effort.
- Attention to detail and a sense of ownership in the code produced.
Nice To Haves
- Additional server side languages, and/or database technologies is a plus.
- Experience installing, developing, and deploying Microsoft SharePoint Services. (Other CMS solutions would be a plus.)
- A strong understanding of Macromedia’s Flash ActionScript 2.0.
